The Body Mass Index calculator below helps you to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). This is simply a measure of your weight to height. It’s important to note that a BMI calculator will not provide an accurate result for everyone – for example, if you are pregnant or have a very muscular frame then your result may not be accurate.

To calculate your BMI, simply line up your height (in cms) and your weight (in kgs).

A BMI score of less than 18.5 may indicate that you are underweight. A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 indicates that you are in a healthy weight range. A BMI over 25 indicates that you are overweight.
