Chilled Fruit and Honey Yoghurt Drink
- 2 x 140g tubs pear and apple puree
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon Equal Spoon for Spoon
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 200g low-fat honey yoghurt
Combine the pear and apple puree, milk, Equal, cinnamon and yoghurt in a jug, whisk until combined and refrigerate until cold. Serve poured over ice cubes, if desired.
Hint: Pureed fruit tubs are available in the canned fruit section of supermarkets.
