Tibetan Tea

Tibetan Tea
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 Tbsp. fine ground Turkish or dark
  • espresso coffee
  • 3 Tbsp. Equal® Spoon for Spoon
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground clove
  • 1 tsp. ground cardamom (optional)

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and then reduce heat to a simmer.

Add coffee, Equal, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

Remove from heat, cover for 5 minutes to allow coffee to settle. Pour gently and serve in demitasse cups.
